
Here is a few things we ask for to allow for a seamless experience.
Please come on time for your appointment. On time for us means no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. If you do arrive early please wait in the foyer until we call you back.
We are in a salon suite, so space is extremely limited. There is no waiting room inside our suite. So we don’t ask that you come super early.
We cannot rush the time it takes to do certain services. There is a process to everything. If you are in a time crunch, please schedule on a day that you will have the time to complete your service.
Same day cancellations will result in your paying full price for your service. No exceptions. This includes cancelling the day or night before. We will honor your payment for 5 days after to allow you to reschedule. If you do not reschedule you will need to make a new appointment.
All cancellations must be done through your confirmation email to your appointment. If it will not allow you to cancel, you are outside of the cancellation window.
Please do not bring any extra guest or children with you while you are being serviced. If they come, they must remain in the foyer. We do not have extra space for extra guests.
We do understand lateness or tardiness. But a $45 late fee will be added to habitually late clients. Meaning more than 2 appointments starting behind the time. Each late appointment will be tracked for reference point .
